Keeping your website running smoothly

We don’t just host your website, we also check that it is actually running! We monitor all client’s website EVERY 10 MINUTES using TWO different external monitoring services. If a problem is detected with your site we will immediately investigate and resolve it. You are kept fully informed of the issues, progress and resolution. In the unlikely event of an outage with our Server you will be notified both by email and via SMS message to your mobile phone. We are fully transparent and accountable to our valued customers.

Help when you need it

We offer personalised support – you are most welcome to contact us directly by phone! We also provide you with your very own “Support Portal” which you can use to log support requests or ask questions. Our “Knowledge Base” will answer most common questions that you have.
