Microsoft365 is very flexible so you just get the licences containing the features that you want. At any time you can change your licences to add or remove services. If you just want reliable email then “Exchange Online Plan 1” is your best option. If you also want to store your documents in the cloud via Microsoft OneDrive and/or do online chat and video meetings then you will probably want to get “Business Basic”. If you also want the familiar Microsoft Office software on your computers (eg Excel and Word etc) then go for “Business Standard”.
