How to use the "SOS" Remote support tool
If Hostcake support staff arrange to do a remote screen sharing session on your computer they will ask you to download the SOS tool. Copy this URL https://www.helpme.hostcake.com.au/ and paste it in your browser – then save the file and run it. Provide the “Session Code” to your support technician.
As SOS is a one time use tool once the session is finished the technician will no longer have access to your computer.
Forgotten your Client Portal password?
